The delegation from Nigeria got soaked to the skin.
It was cold and rainy in Paris.
President Muhammadu Buhari was warmly welcomed. But the weather was not warm, about +14 degrees Celsius.
Despite warm welcome, the weather in Paris was cool.
The red carpet got soaked very quickly.
